Business owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Visitors are authenticated via OTP and do not hold a traditional account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Business owners may list multiple businesses under one account. Each listing must represent a genuine, operating business. False, misleading, or duplicate listings will be removed without notice. ottappalam.com reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing.
Visitors submit enquiries (leads) to connect with businesses. Business Owners (Paid) may purchase leads using wallet credits. Lead costs are defined per category and are non-refundable once a lead is unlocked.
Visitors must verify their mobile number via OTP to view business contact details. Providing a false phone number is a violation of these terms.
Wallet credits are added manually by the admin team after payment confirmation. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except at the discretion of ottappalam.com.
You must not: post false or misleading information; use the platform for spam or harassment; attempt to bypass OTP verification; scrape or automate use of the platform; or impersonate any person or business.
Advertisements displayed on the platform are managed by ottappalam.com. We reserve the right to approve or reject any advertiser and to remove any ad at any time.
ottappalam.com provides the directory service as-is and makes no guarantees about the accuracy of business information or the quality of any business listed. We are not responsible for transactions between visitors and businesses.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
