We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, mobile phone number, and email address when you register as a visitor or business owner. We also collect usage data including pages viewed and searches performed.
We use your information to verify your identity via OTP, display your business listing to potential customers, connect you with relevant leads, and send you important service-related notifications.
Visitor phone numbers are verified using a One-Time Password (OTP) sent via WhatsApp or email. This helps ensure genuine enquiries and protects businesses from spam.
Business contact details (phone, email, WhatsApp) are only visible to visitors who have verified their phone number and submitted an enquiry for that listing. This protects both parties.
When a visitor submits an enquiry, the visitor's name and phone number are shared with the business owner(s) who purchase that lead. Visitors can recall their leads from their dashboard.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share limited data with service providers (OTP delivery, hosting) who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
We use session cookies to maintain your login state. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Visitor session data is retained for 7 days. Lead data is retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
